- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Author forward-looking white papers and market disruption frameworks
- Manage a $5M innovation incubation fund for high-impact pilot projects
- Present future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Champion ethical innovation practices in next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, biotech, or neuromorphic computing
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- CFRP (Certified Futurist Research Professional) or equivalent certification
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
