Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor global technology signals and regulatory shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor innovation fellows and cultivate a culture of experimental thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional analytical skills for trend forecasting and scenario planning
- Track record of scaling experimental projects into commercial products
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) or equivalent experience
- Strong network within global innovation ecosystems
