Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, biotech)
- Forge strategic partnerships with MIT, NASA, and emerging startups
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and venture capital investors
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor R&D teams in cutting-edge methodologies (neuromorphic engineering, synthetic biology)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching transformative products (quantum/AI/biotech focus)
- Expertise in futures thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global collaboration
