Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying breakthrough opportunities across AI, quantum, and Web3 domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact horizons
- Analyze global tech trends, regulatory shifts, and emerging threats to inform strategic positioning and risk mitigation
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation cycles
- Translate complex technological concepts into compelling business cases for C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Champion a culture of experimentation through rapid prototyping, fail-fast methodologies, and continuous learning
- Present visionary roadmaps and progress updates to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, decentralized systems, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Track record of successfully launching disruptive products or services with $50M+ market impact
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in trend analysis, scenario planning, and market modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD or MBA preferred
