Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen consumer experiences
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, synthetic biology) for strategic adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize lab innovations within 18-month cycles
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-tech symbiosis
- Present disruption scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership with 3+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, or neuro-interfacing
- Proven track record of shipping category-defining products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Bioengineering, or Physics
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for experimental technologies
- Experience with agile development in regulated environments
