- Architect and execute 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional squads in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and integrate emerging tech trends (neurotech, biocomputing, climate AI)
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling stakeholder pitches
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 50+ filings by 2026)
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Founders program
- Present annual innovation strategy to C-suite and board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering future-focused products (3+ launches)
- Expertise in agile/DevOps methodologies for rapid prototyping
- Deep understanding of quantum computing and decentralized systems
- Strong stakeholder management with executive presence
- MS/MBA in Technology, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent
- Portfolio of 2026+ tech vision documents or roadmaps
