Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 product suite, focusing on AI integration and cloud scalability.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Conduct architectural reviews to ensure system stability, security, and performance under high load.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum computing basics, advanced neural networks) and evaluate their potential for integration.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Proven track record of leading teams through rapid scaling and digital transformation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
