- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and business teams
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation strategies to C-suite and investors
- Manage innovation pipeline with KPIs focused on IP generation and market readiness
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, R&D, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 3-5 year commercial horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive experience managing multidisciplinary innovation teams
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value
- Network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, labs, startups)
- Advanced degree in STEM field or MBA with tech specialization
