Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in future-tech strategy roles
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Engineering/Computer Science or related field
- Published thought leadership in Nature, IEEE, or similar tier-1 journals
- Strong network with academic institutions and venture capital ecosystem
