- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget and manage vendor/partner ecosystems
- Present innovations to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive patent filings and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in product/innovation leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record delivering 3+ market-disrupting products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Experience securing >$3M innovation budgets
- Strong network with venture capital and tech ecosystem leaders
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and Design Thinking
