Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching 3+ successful tech products
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and ROI analysis
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
