- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching 3-5 flagship innovation initiatives annually
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Develop strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Present innovation progress and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Certification in agile/Sc methodologies and design thinking
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology preferred
- Exceptional analytical and strategic planning abilities
