- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning quantum computing, AI, and biotech advancements with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using blockchain, IoT, and neural interfaces
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis, patent strategy, and emerging technology adoption
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and strategic partnerships
- Mentor technical talent in future-focused skills including generative AI and decentralized systems
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and market disruption impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- Expertise in quantum computing, machine learning, or biotech convergence technologies
- Proven track record of scaling digital products to $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Proficiency in innovation frameworks like TRIZ and Horizon Scanning
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures
