Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of researchers, engineers, and strategists to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders for collaborative innovation
- Drive R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members, securing funding and buy-in
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking within the organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $100M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Experience scaling innovation programs from concept to commercialization
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
