- Manage a $15M innovation budget with rigorous ROI tracking and stakeholder reporting
- Build and lead a high-performance team of futurists, engineers, and domain experts
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Translate complex technical concepts into compelling executive presentations and investor pitches
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and market disruption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to articulate 5-year vision
