Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, biointegration)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions with pilot partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and autonomous systems
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Quantify ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive modeling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
