Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Design and validate new business models for next-generation products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and agile methodologies
- Monitor KPIs for innovation portfolio performance and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Proven experience developing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Strong financial acumen with experience in innovation portfolio valuation
