Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Design and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Champion cross-functional initiatives between engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot programs for emerging technologies
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of future-facing technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Innovation Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in product development or corporate innovation
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented products
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, INSEAD) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ strategic innovation initiatives
