Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-focused innovation roadmaps aligning with market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces) for competitive integration opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with product teams to embed futuristic capabilities into 5-year product roadmaps
- Monitor global tech policy trends and geopolitical impacts on innovation ecosystems
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Foster an innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with market-defining impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex global trends
