Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on quantum computing, AGI integration, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research identifying disruptive technologies with 3-5 year impact
- Present innovation strategies to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Drive organizational adoption of forward-looking innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, bioengineering, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership on technology evolution trends
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Certification in Innovation Management or Technology Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
