- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging trends, disruptors, and opportunities across AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Design scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Champion innovation labs and pilot programs validating future-facing business models
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed future-readiness into core development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with proven 5+ year planning cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their business applications
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or Futures Studies required
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
