Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurism roles
- Proven track record launching tech products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or Futurism (MBA/MSc preferred)
