Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to detect disruptive trends in global markets
- Design scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping and experimentation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or products
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (blockchain, AR/VR, sustainable tech)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and risk mitigation frameworks
- Exceptional data analysis and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., ICF, Stanford d.school)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation initiatives
