Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scan data to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for exponential growth across emerging sectors (quantum computing, bio-integration, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and track emerging market adoption curves
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage an ecosystem of startup partners, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Champion a culture of calculated risk-taking and rapid experimentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or venture development
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Deep understanding of emerging tech stacks (AI, blockchain, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Innovation Management required
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
