Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership roles

- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of Web3, quantum computing, and neurotech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python/Go preferred)
