Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and climate tech verticals
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives across global Fortune 500 partners
- Produce whitepapers on emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI tracking and KPI optimization
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (Harvard Business Review/MIT Sloan preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Kumu.io, Causal Mapping)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful 5+ year strategic implementations
- Fluency in at least two of: Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish
- Deep understanding of UN Sustainable Development Goals framework
