Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in AR/VR or quantum computing product development
- Proven leadership scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Mastery of Unity/Unreal Engine and quantum programming languages (Q# or Qiskit)
- Certified AWS/GCP architect with distributed systems expertise
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on human-computer interaction
- Successful delivery of 3+ products with $50M+ ARR
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent technical innovation portfolio
