Responsibilities
- Orchestrate end-to-end project lifecycle for the 2026 quantum computing initiative, from conception to deployment
- Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to align technical milestones with business objectives
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, risk matrices, and resource allocation strategies
- Implement agile methodologies while ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 security protocols
- Present progress updates to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive innovation workshops to identify emerging technologies and integration opportunities
- Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience in tech, with 3+ years in quantum computing or AI/ML initiatives
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification required; CSM preferred
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and under budget
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and JIRA/Asana platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong background in risk assessment and mitigation for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
