- Conduct performance benchmarking and optimization of quantum circuits
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for quantum algorithm innovations

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms with demonstrated publications

- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
