Responsibilities
- Architect quantum computing solutions optimized for 2026-era applications in cryptography, AI, and molecular simulation
- Design error-corrected quantum processors with >1000 logical qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale problems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen communications
- Lead quantum-native application development teams
- Partner with academic institutions on quantum supremacy research
- Define industry standards for quantum-cloud integration
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in quantum algorithm design (Shor, Grover, VQE)
- Expertise in quantum error correction (surface codes, LDPC)
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with superconducting/photonic quantum hardware
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM, Amazon Braket)
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 scalability roadmaps
