- Develop error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit quantum processors
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech researchers on quantum algorithm optimization
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum security implementations for blockchain and cryptography systems
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computational Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in quantum computing research with published papers in Nature/Science
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Experience leading teams of 15+ quantum engineers and physicists
