Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms targeting 2026 use cases in AI and materials science
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era devices while preparing for fault-tolerant systems
- Author patents and white papers positioning NexaTech as the industry thought leader
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and topological qubit implementations
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or hardware
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum advantage benchmarks and scalability challenges
- Experience leading quantum projects with budgets exceeding $1M
