Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop error-correction protocols for quantum systems operating at >1000 qubit scale
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum algorithm optimization and hardware-software integration
- Establish security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptographic systems
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit stabilization and quantum networking
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security standards and international regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing architecture or high-performance computing
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithm design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in cryogenic engineering and quantum hardware integration
- Track record of leading technical teams through full product development cycles
- Strong understanding of quantum machine learning and AI integration principles
