Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ qubit systems
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing workflows
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for commercial applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum hardware-software co-design
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Present breakthrough research at premier quantum conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or quantum error correction systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (Rigetti, IonQ, IBM Quantum)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum machine learning or quantum cryptography
