Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning models for real-world applications
- Collaborate with NASA, DARPA, and global academic partners on quantum cryptography standards
- Drive innovation in quantum-secure blockchain protocols for post-quantum internet infrastructure
- Present breakthrough research at IEEE Quantum Week and Nature Quantum conferences
- Secure $5M+ in grants from NSF and DOE for quantum research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Q#, Qiskit, and quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum projects with hardware partners (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and entanglement protocols
- Experience securing DoD or NSF quantum research funding
