Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in biotech, clean energy, and neurotech
- Author high-impact white papers and thought leadership for Fortune 500 clients and policy influencers
- Manage a $3M innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs for emerging technology adoption
- Curate the annual FutureTech Summit convening 500+ global pioneers
- Mentor a 15-person innovation team of futurists, data scientists, and design strategists
- Partner with Stanford/MIT research labs on breakthrough commercialization pathways
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven expertise in developing 5-10 year future scenarios with quantifiable impact metrics
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep knowledge of climate tech, AI governance, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ commercialized innovations from future-vision concepts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with 50+ keynote presentations at global forums
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent expertise
