Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop multi-year strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience innovations
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Champion innovation initiatives through cross-functional collaboration with R&D and product teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global forums
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Quantify future scenarios through predictive modeling and data-driven frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic journals
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from trend-to-strategy execution
