Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end technical strategy to ensure our platform is ready for the demands of the year 2026, including advanced AI integration and edge computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, microservices-based architectures that support rapid growth and high concurrency.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies (Web3, AI Agents, Quantum algorithms) to determine their viability for our core products.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for investors, product managers, and executive leadership.
- Crisis Management: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and architectural risks before they impact production.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think beyond the immediate release cycle and plan for long-term infrastructure evolution.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Strong understanding of emerging tech trends relevant to 2026, such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Serverless architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of presenting complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
