- Lead the architectural design of next-generation systems, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability in a rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.
- Conduct rigorous scenario modeling and gap analysis to identify technological disruptions and opportunities before they impact the market.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineering teams and fostering cross-functional collaboration between product, design, and engineering.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologiesâincluding advanced AI, quantum readiness, and spatial computingâinto core business processes.
- Act as the primary evangelist for the 2026 strategic vision, communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive the selection and implementation of future-proof tech stacks that minimize technical debt and maximize ROI.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Masterâs degree or PhD is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic planning, or technology leadership roles within high-growth tech environments.
