- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
- Integrate foresight outputs into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight capabilities across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical modeling
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal shifts
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex foresight into actionable strategy
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSO, APF) preferred
