Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and societal trends to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year innovation roadmap aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-ready solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into strategic planning cycles
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for stakeholders
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech convergence
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
