Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for long-term organizational planning
- Produce scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities and threats
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating disruptive technologies and business models
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven experience developing scenario planning frameworks and trend reports
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning publications
