Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze global megatrends through 2026 across technology, economics, and social behavior
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in Harvard Business Review and MIT Technology Review
- Build proprietary predictive models using machine learning and big data analytics
- Advocate C-suite clients on strategic pivots for 2026 market readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in trend analysis, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Portfolio showing 3+ successful 5-year strategic forecasts
