Responsibilities
- Analyze technological convergence patterns across quantum, biotech, and AI sectors to identify 2026 disruption vectors
- Develop horizon-scanning methodologies using proprietary predictive modeling tools
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Author annual 'State of 2026' reports for executive board and investor briefings
- Establish industry-first ethical frameworks for emerging technologies through our Future Council
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026-proof business models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts with documented case studies
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight platforms like Palisade @RISK or Trendalyzer
