Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, biotech convergence) to build 2026 strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-generation human-AI symbiosis systems
- Present foresight findings to Fortune 500 partners and UN Technology Forums
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' summit featuring world-renowned futurists
- Author white papers that influence national tech policy and venture capital trends
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Studies incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 100 or unicorn startups
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on AI governance or climate adaptation
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Proficiency in predictive analytics tools (Tableau, Python, R) and quantum computing basics
- Fluency in at least two languages with international stakeholder experience
