Responsibilities
- Develop and execute horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and market paradigms through 2028
- Lead scenario-planning workshops synthesizing geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic variables
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation vectors
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state business models and value propositions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board committees
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track industry evolution metrics
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in emerging technology adoption curves (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Exceptional data synthesis and trend-visualization capabilities
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS, FP) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
- Deep understanding of global sustainability frameworks (SDGs, ESG)
