Responsibilities

- Produce annual 'Horizon Scan' reports with actionable insights for executive leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging technology advisory roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, neurotech)
- Experience developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
