- Author annual Horizon Report publications predicting industry shifts and competitive landscapes
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic initiatives against 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists on future-proofing methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Studies, Futures Research, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic modeling tools (e.g., STEEPLE analysis, Delphi method)
- Published thought leadership on technology or societal transformation
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
