Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends in AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation to inform 2026 strategic initiatives
- Develop scenario-based forecasts and risk-assessment frameworks for long-term planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing innovation sprints and pilot programs
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain relationships with futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and implement strategic roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Monitor competitive landscapes and identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, Technology, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Proven track record of developing executable future-focused strategies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities
