- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Analyze exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) for strategic integration
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Design and facilitate innovation sprints to prototype future-ready business models
- Maintain proprietary foresight intelligence database and competitive analysis systems
- Mentor junior futurists and drive thought leadership through industry conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at Fortune 500 firms
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering to C-level audiences
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
